For ongoing problems, contact the city's watershed protection staff:
Pollution in creeks and stormdrains
Dumping and erosion problems
Send a pollution incident report to the PANIL Creek Committee

Good information to include:

• Where was the problem (nearest street location, was it in the water, on the bank or elsewhere)
• What was the problem and how did it affect the creek (color, smell, texture, piles of litter or yard waste, dead animals, etc.)
• When or how often, and for how long did you see this problem Possible causes that you observed (dumped materials, pipe or hose, nearby construction activity, illegal dumping or stains in street gutter, etc.)
